Every order leaves Benghazi within a working day and reaches your door in one to three. Pay the courier in cash when it arrives, or pay online before it ships.
Where we deliver
We deliver to every city in Libya through Vanex, the national courier, from Benghazi in the east to Tripoli in the west and Sabha in the south. Choose your city at checkout and the courier’s price for it is shown before you place the order.
How long it takes
Orders are packed and handed to the courier within one working day. Delivery normally takes one to three working days, and a little longer for the far south.
What delivery costs
The courier is paid directly when your parcel arrives, so nothing is added to your order total. What it costs depends on your city. Orders above LYD 500 are delivered free — we pay the courier for you.

The simplest way, and the one most of our customers choose. Look over the parcel at your door and pay the courier in cash.

Pay at checkout with your Libyan bank card or a mobile wallet. You finish on the provider’s own secure page and come straight back to your order. We accept:

Do you deliver to all of Libya?
Yes. We deliver to every city Vanex serves, including Benghazi, Tripoli, Misrata, Zawiya, Zliten, Khoms, Gharyan, Zuwara, Sirte, Ajdabiya, Al Bayda, Derna, Tobruk, Sabha. If yours is not in the list at checkout, choose “Other city” and we will arrange it with you on WhatsApp.

Can I pay with a bank card in Libya?
Yes. At checkout you can pay online with Moamalat, Edfali, Mobicash, SADAD, Yussor Pay, Masrafi Pay, Sahary Pay. You complete the payment on the provider’s own secure page, and your card details never touch this site.
Is cash on delivery available?
Yes, everywhere we deliver. Pay the courier in cash when your parcel reaches your door — there is no deposit and nothing to pay in advance.
How do I know my order is on its way?
We confirm every order with you on WhatsApp before it ships, and message you again once the courier has it, so you know when to expect your parcel.
