Are your fragrances original?
Yes. Every product is 100% authentic and sourced from trusted distributors. We never sell counterfeits or testers presented as retail stock.
Where do you deliver?
We deliver to all major cities in Libya, including Benghazi, Tripoli, Misrata and more. Delivery usually takes one to three working days.
How do I pay?
Online at checkout, with your Libyan bank card or a mobile wallet, or in cash when your order arrives.
How much is delivery?
You pay the courier when your order arrives, or with the order if you pay by bank transfer. The price depends on your city, and in some cities on your area. The delivery page lists every city with its price, and checkout shows yours in the total.
Can I return or exchange a perfume?
Sales are final, so we don’t take perfume back or exchange it once it has been delivered. If there’s a problem with your order, message us on WhatsApp.
Can I send an order to someone else?
Of course. Enter their name, phone number and address at checkout, and add any details for us in the order note.
Do you sell women’s perfumes?
Women’s fragrances are coming soon, chosen with the same care as everything we sell. Leave your number on our home page and we’ll tell you the moment they arrive.
